Shipping costs depend on your delivery destination and the number of letters in your
order.

• Within Australia, shipping is free for all orders.
• For international orders, postage is an extra cost

All letters and packs are sent on the 15th of each month. Our letters are sent via regular mail and are not tracked.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Australia: 4–7 business days
• New Zealand: 10–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 12–18 business days

Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your
shipping details carefully.

If there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at help@littleletters.com.au so
we can update the address before posting.

If an incorrect address is provided and the letter has already been sent, we cannot
offer a refund for the letter.
