Refunds
Each Little Letters subscription includes one beautiful letter delivered each month.
Subscriptions are paid in advance on a monthly payment schedule.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
Renewals & Cancellations
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, subscriptions must be cancelled
before the renewal date.
Once a subscription has renewed, payments cannot be refunded, as renewal payments
immediately secure upcoming letters, materials, and postage.
Refunds
As Little Letters is a subscription-based service, refunds are managed as outlined below.
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Forgotten or missed cancellations
- Partially used subscription periods

Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring details are correct
- Managing subscriptions
